A speaker, an exhibitor and a trade visitor need very different things from the same journey. We arrange each transfer around the part you play that day:

• Speakers and presenters: an arrival planned with a time buffer, so the minutes before you go on stage are quiet rather than rushed.
• Exhibitors: early runs for stand set-up, space for catalogues and sample material, and a flexible pick-up once the hall closes — whenever that turns out to be.
• VIP and guests of honour: a discreet collection with meet and greet, and a calm cabin where a confidential conversation stays confidential.
• International delegations: several vehicles coordinated as one group, so the whole party arrives together and on time rather than in scattered taxis.
• Trade visitors: uncomplicated single transfers between airport, hotel and exhibition hall, booked in minutes.

Plain terms, because congress plans change

Anyone who has organised an event knows that agendas move. Our conditions are built for that: you can cancel up to 7 days before pickup for a 10% fee (90% refund). If a panel is rescheduled or a delegation lands on a different flight, the booking adapts rather than the other way round. We are reachable around the clock, so a spontaneous extra ride after the evening programme is not a problem.

Discretion is part of the same promise. Our chauffeurs are experienced regular drivers who can tell when conversation is welcome and when silence is. Sensitive documents, the substance of a phone call and the names of your guests remain inside the car.

Questions international visitors ask us

How do I find my driver when I land at Vienna Airport?

You do not need to search. Your chauffeur meets you in person at the airport rather than waiting somewhere in a taxi rank. We track your flight, so if you land early or late, the pick-up shifts with you — and the waiting time at the airport is already included in your fixed price.

Is Messe Wien in the city centre?

No. The exhibition centre lies in the Prater district, northeast of the old town, while most congress hotels are elsewhere in the city. It is not a distance you would want to walk with catalogues and a suitcase, which is why a planned transfer between hotel and hall makes a congress morning noticeably calmer.

Can you move a whole delegation at the same time?

Yes. We coordinate several vehicles as one group, so a delegation or a stand team leaves together and arrives together. For groups of up to 8 people with equipment, a single Mercedes V-Class is often enough; larger parties travel in a combination of cars timed to arrive as one.

Do I have to pay anything in advance?

Yes. Your booking becomes binding once payment is complete. You receive a binding fixed price before you book, and that is the amount that applies — no taximeter, no surge pricing, no surprises at the end of the ride.

What if the congress programme changes after I have booked?

Plans move, and the booking moves with them. Cancellation is possible up to 7 days before the journey for a 10% fee (90% refund), and we are reachable around the clock if you need to add or shift a ride at short notice.

My session might overrun — will the driver wait?

Yes. If you have booked a chauffeur by the hour, your driver remains reserved for you and waits outside the venue however long the discussion continues. For single transfers, tell us your programme and we plan a realistic pick-up time with a buffer rather than a theoretical one.

Can I work or hold a confidential call in the car?

That is exactly what the service is for. Our drivers are discreet, experienced chauffeurs; what is said or read in the cabin stays there. Many guests use the transfer between hotel and venue to prepare a talk or take a call in peace.

Which vehicle should I book as an exhibitor with material?

For one or two people with boxes of catalogues and samples, the Economy estate or the Mercedes E-Class usually suffices. If the whole stand team travels together with equipment, the Mercedes V-Class with up to 8 seats is the practical choice. We can also schedule an early run for set-up and a late pick-up after the hall closes.

Will you drop me at the correct entrance?

Yes. Large venues have several entrances, and arriving at the wrong one can cost you a long walk around the building. Your driver sets you down directly at the entrance you need, and collects you from the same point afterwards.

Is tipping expected in Vienna?

A tip is never required and never built into the price. If you feel your chauffeur has done a particularly good job, a tip is appreciated — but the fixed price you agreed is the full amount owed.

Can I book a ride late in the evening after a reception?

Yes. We are reachable around the clock, and an additional evening journey — from a gala dinner back to the hotel, for example — can be arranged even at short notice.

Can I keep the same driver for the whole congress?

That is the idea behind the hourly booking: one chauffeur, reserved for you, across sessions, meetings and the evening programme. You are not re-explaining your schedule to a new driver every time — the same person knows where you have been and where you go next.
