The default choice for one or two passengers. It is the car most business travellers ask for: quiet, understated, comfortable for a run to the airport or an evening appointment. It looks appropriate outside a hotel entrance without announcing itself. If you are travelling alone with a case and a laptop bag, this is the car.

Mercedes S-Class

The car for occasions where the arrival matters. Generous legroom, a notably quiet cabin, and the sense of space that makes a long transfer feel short. Guests book it for board-level visitors, for evenings at the opera, for a wedding day, or simply because they want the best car we run.

Mercedes V-Class

The answer to groups. It seats up to eight passengers with their luggage, so a family, a travelling team or a wedding party stays together in one vehicle rather than being split between cars that then lose each other in traffic. Send us five things: the date, the time, the pickup address, the destination, and how many people are travelling. Add the number of suitcases if the group is large, and the flight number if an aircraft is involved. That is enough for us to say which car suits and what it costs.

You then receive a fixed price and a confirmation. Once you accept, the car and the driver are reserved for you for that slot. Nothing is provisional after that point, and nothing depends on a driver accepting the job later.

On the day, your chauffeur is at the agreed place at the agreed time. If something moves, a delayed flight, a meeting that runs over, an extra stop on the way, one message is enough. We adjust and tell you if it changes anything. This works for a booking made three weeks ahead and for one made three hours ahead.

Questions from first-time visitors

How do I find my driver when I land at Vienna Airport?

You do not have to find anyone. The meeting point is agreed with you before the day, and your chauffeur is there at that point waiting when you come through. He takes the luggage and walks you to the car. If your phone works on landing, a short message tells us you are through, but it is not required.

Is the fixed price really the final price?

Yes. The figure you are given covers the agreed journey. There are no hidden extras for luggage, for normal waiting or for travelling at night. The only thing that changes a price is a substantial change to the journey itself, and in that case we discuss it with you before it happens rather than after.

Should I tip the driver?

It is not expected. The agreed price is what you owe, and our drivers are not working towards a tip. If you want to give something extra because the day went well, that is entirely your decision and never an awkward moment.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Give us the flight number when you book and we watch the arrival. If the aircraft is late, the pickup moves with it, and you are not charged for the delay. If it lands early, we try to be there early. This is the ordinary case for us, not an exception.

How many people fit in one car?

The E-Class and the S-Class are built around one or two passengers travelling comfortably with luggage. The V-Class takes up to eight passengers together with their bags. For larger parties we run several cars on the same schedule so that everyone arrives together.

Can you provide a child seat?

Yes, if you tell us when booking. Say how many seats you need and the age of each child, so the right type is fitted before the car sets off. Asking on the day is much harder to accommodate, so please mention it early.

How do I pay, and do I need cash?

Payment is arranged in advance, not negotiated at the kerb. You pay online when you book – by card, Apple Pay, EPS, Klarna or another method offered at checkout. Payment in the vehicle or to the driver is not possible; payment on account is available to approved business customers only. If you are booking on behalf of a guest or a company, that is easy to organise too.

How far in advance should I book?

A few hours is usually enough, and a few days is better, especially in busy periods and around holidays. Because the phone is answered around the clock, short-notice requests are genuinely welcome. The earlier you ask, the more certain we can be about a specific car at a specific time.

Are you available at night, at weekends and on public holidays?

Yes, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, holidays included. An early-morning flight and a late-night return are both normal work for us, and neither carries an extra charge for the hour.

Can I hire a chauffeur for a whole day?

Yes. As well as single transfers we take hourly and full-day bookings. The car and the driver stay with you: to a meeting, on to lunch, out to a palace or a vineyard, back to the hotel. The driver waits discreetly between stops, so your things stay in the car and you never look for parking. Half-day, full-day and multi-day arrangements are quoted individually.

Do you drive outside Vienna and across borders?

We do. Other Austrian cities, the Danube valley, the mountains and the neighbouring countries are all regular destinations, and we work across Europe. Longer routes are priced individually, and you receive that price before you commit to anything.

How is this different from a taxi or a ride-hailing app?

You know the car, the price and the driver in advance. Can we make a stop along the way?
