Which Mercedes suits your group?

Every journey is driven in a well-kept Mercedes-Benz. The right choice depends on how many of you are travelling and how much you are carrying – and on a route of this length, space and seat comfort are worth thinking about for a moment.

Mercedes E-Class – for one to three travellers

The E-Class is the sensible choice for a solo business traveller or a couple. It carries two to three passengers with their luggage, rides quietly at motorway speed, and gives you a calm cabin in which to work or rest for the two hours to Graz.

Mercedes S-Class – when the journey should feel like the destination

The S-Class is the flagship saloon: more legroom, softer seats, finer materials. On the longer run down to Graz that difference is genuinely noticeable. It is the usual choice for senior executives, guests of honour and anyone who simply prefers to arrive rested.

Mercedes V-Class – for families, groups and bulky luggage

The V-Class is a spacious van seating up to eight passengers. Several large cases, ski equipment, golf bags or a pushchair all go in without a struggle. For a family with children or a team travelling together, it is usually the most relaxed way to cover the distance – everyone in one vehicle, nobody split across two cars.

Timing your departure when the airport is unfamiliar

As a rule of thumb, plan to be at the terminal at least two hours before an international flight; for flights within Europe, around ninety minutes is normally sufficient. Add the two to two and a half hours of driving, and you have your ideal pickup time – we work backwards from your departure time together with you and fix it before the day.

How long does the transfer from Vienna to Graz Airport take?

The route covers around 200 kilometres, almost entirely on the A2 motorway, and takes about two to two and a half hours depending on traffic and your pickup address. Your chauffeur plans a generous buffer on top and adapts the route to live traffic conditions, so a congested stretch does not put your flight at risk.

How much does a Vienna to Graz Airport transfer cost?

Fixed fares start at €519 in the Mercedes E-Class, €579 in the V-Class for up to eight passengers, and €639 in the S-Class, in each case from central Vienna. Where will my driver meet me at Graz Airport?

For arrivals, your chauffeur waits for you in the arrivals hall of the terminal. Graz Airport is compact, so you will not have far to look. From there you are driven directly to your destination in Vienna or the surrounding region.

What happens if my flight into Graz is delayed?

Give us your flight number when you book and we track the aircraft. If your landing is late, your pickup time moves with it automatically, and no additional costs arise for you. The driver is there when you walk out, however the schedule shifts.

Can you collect me from my hotel in Vienna?

Yes. This is a genuine door-to-door service: the journey starts wherever you are – hotel, private apartment or office – and ends directly at the departures terminal. We also collect passengers from the Vienna suburbs, from Lower Austria and from Burgenland.

Do you drive at night and on public holidays?

We operate around the clock, seven days a week, including weekends and holidays. Early-morning departures and late-night arrivals are part of our normal routine, and there is no night or holiday surcharge on the fixed price.

Can I request a child seat?

Yes. Tell us the age of your child when you book and a suitable seat will be fitted before the car sets off. The same applies to other requests such as extra luggage space or a specific stop on the way.

Which car should I choose for my group?

For one to three travellers, the E-Class is usually right; the S-Class adds a further level of comfort for the same passenger count. Groups, families and travellers with bulky luggage are best served by the V-Class, which seats up to eight. If you tell us the number of people and bags, we recommend the fit.

How far in advance should I book?

Short-notice bookings are possible thanks to the round-the-clock availability, but during holiday periods we recommend reserving early to secure your preferred time. For fixed appointments – a wedding, a conference, a departure that cannot slip – booking weeks ahead costs nothing extra and settles the matter.

Can I make a stop on the way to Graz?

Yes. A planned stop – to collect a travelling companion, for example – is simply included in your individual quote. Mention it when you enquire and it becomes part of the agreed fixed price rather than a surprise on the day.

Is tipping expected in Austria?

Tipping in Austria is a courtesy, not an obligation, and this is true in a chauffeured car as well. If you were happy with the journey, a tip is appreciated; if you prefer not to, the agreed fare is genuinely all you pay. It is entirely your decision.
