• Evening events: gala dinners and networking receptions often end late. We take you there, wait if you wish, and bring you back to your hotel.

The right car depends on how many of you are travelling and what you bring. All our vehicles are well-kept Mercedes models, so whichever you choose, you arrive in a car that matches a business occasion.

Mercedes E-Class – for one to three travellers

The E-Class is the sensible choice for a visitor travelling alone or with one or two colleagues. It is quiet, comfortable and understated, with leather seats and room for normal business luggage. Between two appointments it doubles as a calm place to check slides or answer messages.

Mercedes S-Class – when the arrival itself matters

Some journeys carry weight: collecting an important client from the airport, arriving as a keynote speaker, hosting a board member. The S-Class is the flagship of the range, with generous legroom and an interior built for exactly these moments. It signals that the visit matters, without saying a word.

Mercedes V-Class – for teams and stand equipment

Exhibitors rarely travel light. The V-Class seats up to eight passengers and still leaves room for sample cases, roll-ups and display material. A whole stand crew can ride together, arrive together and go through the plan for the day on the way. One van instead of three taxis also keeps the cost per person down.

Trade fairs beyond Vienna

Vienna sits close to several other exhibition cities, and many business travellers combine events. We drive throughout Europe: to Bratislava, Budapest, Prague, Munich and other destinations on request. You keep the same driver, the same car and the same fixed-price principle across the border. For a delegation touring more than one event, a familiar chauffeur who already knows the group is worth a great deal more than a new taxi in every city.

Questions and answers

How will I find my driver at Vienna Airport?

Before the pickup you receive the vehicle details and your driver’s name. On request, your chauffeur waits in the arrivals area holding a name board, so you can identify each other at a glance even when the hall is busy. If anything is unclear, you can reach us at any time by phone or WhatsApp.

What happens if my flight lands late?

Give us your flight number when you book. We monitor the arrival time and move the pickup automatically, so your driver is there when you actually land. There is no extra charge for this; the fixed price already allows for it.

Do you also collect from Vienna’s main railway station?

Yes. If you arrive by train, we meet you at the Hauptbahnhof and take you on to your hotel or directly to the venue. The procedure is the same as at the airport: door-to-door collection, help with luggage and a name board if you would like one.

Is the quoted price final, or should I expect extras?

The price you confirm is the price you pay. Traffic, waiting time and detours do not change it, and there is no surcharge for early mornings or late nights. This makes your expense report a one-line entry rather than a puzzle.

Can you move a whole exhibition team at once?

Yes. The V-Class carries up to eight passengers plus luggage and stand material. For larger delegations we coordinate several vehicles so the whole group arrives at the venue together. Tell us the head count and what you are bringing, and we will propose the right combination.

Can I keep a driver with me for the whole day?

You can. Book your chauffeur by the hour and he stays available throughout the day, waiting between your appointments. If you have back-to-back meetings at different locations, this is usually the calmest and most efficient way to move, because you never have to arrange the next ride.

Do you drive to trade fairs outside Austria?

Yes, we operate across Europe. Typical long-distance destinations are Munich, Bratislava, Budapest and Prague, but other routes are possible on request. You travel with the same driver and under the same fixed-price terms as within Vienna.

Which car should I choose for my visit?

Travelling alone or with up to two colleagues, take the E-Class. If the impression on arrival matters, for instance when you collect a client or speak at the congress, choose the S-Class. For teams, families of colleagues or anyone with bulky material, the V-Class with up to eight seats is the practical answer. If you are unsure, describe your trip and we will recommend a vehicle.

Is there space for stand equipment and sample cases?

Yes, if you tell us in advance. The V-Class in particular has generous room for roll-ups, display material and larger cases. Mention what you are carrying when you book and we will assign a vehicle that takes it comfortably in one trip.

How far in advance should I book?

As early as you can, especially during major fairs and congress weeks, when demand for chauffeur services in Vienna rises sharply. Early booking secures your preferred vehicle and time slot. That said, we are available around the clock and often confirm short-notice requests within minutes.

How do I book if I am calling from abroad?

Can I work or take confidential calls in the car?

Yes. Discretion is part of the job. Our chauffeurs are courteous, professionally dressed and deliberately reserved, so you can prepare a presentation, take calls or discuss sensitive matters with colleagues undisturbed. What is said in the car stays in the car.
